About Grace
My name is Grace Flint and I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Innate Postpartum Care Practitioner/Postpartum Doula.
I offer craniosacral sessions to individuals as well as specialize in prenatal/postnatal work.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy has deepened my postpartum care practice significantly. I recommend working together prenatally to establish a relationship and to prepare holistically for birth. I am learning to work with babies which can be useful tool to integrate their birth experiences emotionally and physically, supports breastfeeding, and supports a soft landing for the family as a whole.
I am offering multidimensional postpartum tending for mothers. I am passionate about showing up in service to women in their rite of passage into motherhood; helping to integrate and nourish the mind, body, and spirit. I offer postpartum education classes and individual postpartum support.
I would be delighted to connect and offer support to you on your humaning journey!

How did I come to this work?
It all stared with my own experience becoming a mother. Being pregnant, birthing my baby, and going into the postpartum. Being a first time mama and just having moved to Bellingham from Alaska, I was without adequate support. My postpartum time was challenging. But, it quickly became a fertile ground for transformation. The changes I felt happening during the postpartum time were not only physical, but also emotional, spiritual, primal, and ancestral. I felt an ignition inside me that led me to the soul-filled work I offer today. The rite of passage of becoming a mother felt sacred to me—yet my environment was not reflecting that back. I decided to find what I was yearning for and dive into postpartum work. In that, I found context, validation, and community.
Through Innate Postpartum Care Provider training I discovered pre and perinatal psychology to assist my family and I in integrating our birth experience and to provide support with bonding and attachment. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy was interwoven into that and created a beautiful tapestry of support for me. I decided to be trained as a practitioner and now I offer craniosacral therapy to individuals, mothers, and families.
I am grateful my life experience has brought me here, for everything I have learned along the way, and to my orientation and commitment to love and truth. I am eternally grateful for my rite of passage into motherhood and for my daughter choosing me to be her mama. She has inspired me to be courageous, authentic, and to fully step into who I am.
